Minimal design calendar printable calendar 2024

As for last year’s calendar, I kept the design minimal and stuck to a black and white colour scheme. It’s doesn’t matter if you have a colour printer or a black and white printer, the calendar templates will always look good.

A lovely, handwritten font gives each monthly printable an elegant and feminine touch but still looks simple enough to be used by both woman and men, at home, work or in school. The boxes for each day provide plenty of space write down your daily schedule or create lists.

How to open the printable calendar

For the best printing result, make sure you open the PDF file with Adobe Reader. I recommend to print the calendar on heavier paper, such as photo paper or good quality card stock and set the printer’s setting to print at the highest quality.

Don’t have Adobe Reader installed on your device? Download and install the program here – it’s free. Tip: Be sure to uncheck any optional offers (McAfee, Chrome extension) as you most likely won’t need them.

If you already have Adobe Reader installed, but can’t open the calendar files, you version is probably outdated. Simple download and re-install to update it. Easy.

Printing tips

How do I print my free monthly calendar? Here are some printing tips to help you get the most out of your free printable calendar:

1. Locate the PDF in your downloads and open. (It’ll automatically open in Adobe Reader).

2. Click the printer icon in tool menu bar. You can also find the printing option under FILE > PRINT.

3. In the printer dialog box, click the following options:

• Click PROPERTIES and choose to print at the best quality. This option can usually be found under ADDITIONAL FEATURES.
• PAGES TO PRINT: Select ALL PAGES to print the entire calendar. CURRENT to only print the pages that is currently in view. Or select PAGES if you want to only print a specific page or pages.
• PAGE SIZE & HANDLING: Select the option FIT.
• ORIENTATION: Choose PORTRAIT for the vertical calendar, or LANDSCAPE for the horizontal calendar.

4. Click PRINT and enjoy.

As I mentioned, the 2024 calendar printable pdf will fit both on A4 and letter size paper. To customize print the calendar on colored cardstock or craft paper. You can also print the calendar at 50% if you want a smaller format.
