I just made a blueberry version for my ten-month-old to use them up (I cut them in half just in case). I used a cookie scoop to drop them evenly but they weren't spreading out in the oven, so I flattened them a bit with a fork halfway through the bake. My little guy loves them and so do I! Adding this as a regular recipe to my freezer stash of grab and go blw breakfast foods. Thanks very much!
